Our gym in Wilmslow is not a commercial gym. Sessions are one-to-one with no distractions, no waiting for equipment, and your coach focused entirely on you.

Who is the FIT programme designed for?
Our FIT programme is built for anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness level, whether you are just starting out, returning after a long break, or train occasionally but want a more structured gym plan with proper guidance. It is not focused on one specific goal like weight loss or muscle building, but on raising your general fitness, stamina, and how you feel day to day.
How is FIT different from the other Alchemy programmes?
FIT takes a broader approach to fitness than our other programmes. Where TRIM focuses specifically on weight loss and BUILD on muscle development, FIT is designed around overall conditioning, improved endurance, and sustainable healthy habits. If you are unsure which programme suits you best, the free consultation is the right place to start.
How often will I train each week?
Your training frequency is agreed upon during the initial consultation based on your schedule and goals. Most clients on a structured gym programme train three times per week, which gives enough frequency to see consistent progress without overloading your body or your diary.
Do I need a certain fitness level to start?
No. FIT is suitable for all fitness levels. Your gym plan starts from wherever you are right now, and the initial fitness assessment makes sure we set a starting point that is challenging but achievable.
Will I receive nutrition guidance?
Yes. A personalised nutrition plan is included in our FIT programme. It is built around your fitness goals, your daily routine, and foods you can realistically eat, not a rigid diet plan you will abandon after a week.
