What does a gym weight loss programme actually involve week to week?
Each week includes 3 one-to-one training sessions at our private studio in Wilmslow. Sessions combine resistance training and cardio, with the balance adjusted depending on where you are in the programme and how your body is responding. You will also have a personalised food diary to follow and direct access to your coach between sessions.
How is TRIM different from the other Alchemy programmes?
TRIM is built specifically around fat loss and body toning. The training, nutrition plan, and cardio component are all structured with that goal in mind. If building muscle is your primary goal, our BUILD programme would be a better fit. If you want to improve overall fitness and conditioning, take a look at FIT.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
That depends on your starting point, consistency, and how closely you follow the nutrition plan. We do not set a blanket promise because everyone's body responds differently. What we do is track your progress throughout and adjust the programme based on what the data shows, so you are always moving in the right direction.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. Your nutrition plan is built around whole foods and realistic daily habits, not a restrictive regime you cannot sustain. The aim is to find an approach that works with your lifestyle so that the habits carry on after the programme ends.
Can I do TRIM if I have an injury or physical limitation?
In most cases, yes. The initial consultation includes a posture and injury screening so we know what to work around before we build your programme. If you have a specific concern, the best step is to mention it when you book your consultation and we will advise from there.
